A refreshing fragrance. Antibacterial and antiseptic properties. Acts as a tonic to the lymphatic system and stimulates the digestive system. Helps in digesting fat, and reducing cellulite.

 

How to Use:

 

1. Drop a few drops into a diffuser, ceramic burner, or directly into the potpourri

2. Create your own aromatherapy massage oil by mixing 4-5 drops into 2 tablespoons of base/vegetable oil such as olive, sunflower, jojoba, and others

3. Mix a few drops in the bath as desired. Usually 5-6 drops only

4. Mix a few drops in a spray bottle containing warm water, and spray into the air as an air freshener or to repel insects.

5. Drop 2-3 teats in the foot basin/container. More interesting if mixed with a spoonful of foot-soak salt.
